Why does the weight shown by FedEx differ from the weight listed on the website?

The weight we declare to FedEx for shipping purposes may be slightly lower than the actual weight of the package. The actual product weight is always as listed on our website. Please refer to the Frosthaul website for accurate weight information.

Is the product just an empty iron canister or does it contain refrigerant gas?

The product is refrigerant gas, securely filled and sealed inside a durable iron cylinder. The cylinder serves only as the container, while the actual product you are purchasing is the gas itself.

How long does shipping take, and where do you ship to?

All orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx. We process and ship orders within 24 hours from our U.S. warehouse (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays). Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

Do I need an EPA certification to purchase this product?

No, you do not need an EPA certification to purchase refrigerant from Frosthaul. However, please note that filling, handling, or charging refrigerant into HVAC systems must be performed by a licensed professional with the proper EPA certification. This ensures compliance with federal regulations and guarantees safe and proper use of the product.

Can I get a better price if I order multiple items?

Can I return the product after purchase?

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will provide the best possible resolution.

Is the refrigerant new or reclaimed gas?

All of our refrigerants are 100% brand new, factory-sealed, and never reclaimed. Frosthaul does not sell or distribute recycled or repurposed gas.
