Welcome to Frosthaul. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of frosthaul.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make. The Site is operated by Absolute Media, Inc. ("Frosthaul," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are buying for lawful purposes.

2. Products and refrigerant use

We sell refrigerants and related products. You do not need an EPA certification to purchase from us. However, under U.S. federal law, the handling, charging, and installation of certain refrigerants into HVAC systems must be performed by a technician holding the proper EPA Section 608 certification. You are solely responsible for the lawful, safe, and proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product you purchase, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Product information and pricing

We try to describe products and display prices accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, weights, or pricing are error-free. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices, products, and availability at any time without notice.

4. Orders, acceptance, and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, order, account, payment method, or address. 5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by third-party processors; by ordering, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Handling, transit times, and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Because refrigerants are regulated and safety-sensitive, returns are limited. Please review our Return & Refund Policy, Replacement & Warranty Policy, and FAQ, which are incorporated into these Terms. Except as expressly stated in those policies, all sales are final.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy content without permission, or to resell products in violation of applicable law.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absolute Media, Inc., Frosthaul, and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your handling, use, or resale of any product.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
